EXECUTIVES + ENTREPRENEURS

Are you a busy professional struggling to keep up in your current role?

  • Do you feel anxious or depressed?

  •  Do you know your worth but fall short in showing your value to others?

  •  Do you dread the anxiety of Sunday evening and waking up on Mondays to face the week?

  •  Do you find yourself always feeling like you need to “catch up,” lacking energy and time for friends or the gym?

  •  Are you finding it hard to concentrate or to say no at work?

  •  Do you find yourself having thoughts that you'd rather just not be here anymore or have a different life completely?

  •  Do you have a short fuse and feel you have less tolerance for other people than you used to?

  •  Are you abusing alcohol or other drugs?

  • Are you a professional with a chronic illness?

Therapy for Entrepreneurs and Executives can help you overcome common challenges including:

  • Reducing stress and overcoming panic

  • Navigating the transition of a promotion

  • Presenting your best self as a new employee

  • Building and leading teams in a mindful way

  • Successfully launching new projects

  • Building a supportive network

  • Establishing a powerful executive presence

  • Communicating your ideas to make an impact

  • Refining and managing your schedule

As a busy professional, you consistently feel like you are over-worked but must “push through.” You may have trouble falling or staying asleep. You might have developed a short fuse and feel guilty about your interactions with others. Perhaps you find yourself addressing the same issues over and over again and feel that nothing ever gets completed at work or at home. You might be beginning to have health issues that you never had before.

You may not know where to start to look for a therapist who can really help.

Possibly you’ve been to therapy before and it wasn’t helpful. Maybe you even feel guilty asking for help. Your past therapy experiences may not have been focused or goal-oriented enough.

No matter how successful we become, we will always need many different types of support to be our best. Just because you can successfully juggle a thousand things doesn’t mean you don’t deserve support, especially if you are struggling with emotions or fears that are getting in the way of your happiness and success.

Entrepreneurs and Executives struggle with anxiety and depression more than the general population. The pressures you face at work and at home are real. It is possible to reduce burnout, build healthy habits, make better decisions and deepen relationships.

Therapy for Executives and Entrepreneurs is a place to put you first. We often show the world that we are competent and strong only to be left wondering why we feel so lonely and isolated. Professionals who seek therapy are capable of achieving more, find more meaning in their lives, and heal their relationships. As entrepreneurs and executives, we have to be aware of the impact of burnout on our lives. Learning to slow down and take care of ourselves allows us to be more present for ourselves and those we love.

You work so hard. Now it’s time to focus on you.

Let's Work Together

Success is something to constantly refine and practice. We all need support to push us beyond our limits. We do this by building mental toughness, a growth mindset, and ongoing self-reflection.

By utilizing over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, I help clients learn the skills to shift their perspective, find vision, and achieve their goals. My approach is informed by evidence-based methodologies used by high-achieving individuals from all walks of life.

How I Can Help

Tap into Mindful Relationships
I believe relationships are the most important thing we have. Let’s work together to overcome any barriers to communication you might be facing.

Find Peak Performance with Hypnosis
Hypnosis is one of the most powerful tools we can use to access peak states.  In these sessions we will take a deep dive into your limits, overcome fear and make lasting change.

Reinvent Yourself and Transition with Ease
Change can be difficult, but sometimes we make things much harder than they have to be. Indecision and fear can get in the way of our best lives. In these sessions we will focus on navigating change with confidence, grace and ease.

“Are you paralyzed with fear? That’s a good sign. Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. Remember one rule of thumb: the more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it.”

Common Concerns

I have a difficult schedule. I’m not sure I have time for therapy.
I offer a very reasonable rescheduling policy and will work with you as best we can to find time to reschedule.

I’ve been to therapy in the past and it didn’t help.
I want to see results as much as you. I take special care to check in regularly as well as use evidence-based tools to help evaluate our progress. We will develop goals together, assign tasks outside the therapy office if requested/needed and make every changes to our work together as needed.

I’m worried that people might find out I’m in therapy.
Like other medical appointments your confidentiality is protected by law except in some circumstances where you or others may be in danger. I also offer online sessions which provide the opportunity to have therapy from a private space eliminating the need to come to an office.
